The terms that govern our service agreements with commercial clients.
About these terms
These terms apply to commercial clients engaging Clear & Clean Window Cleaning Ltd for external cleaning and maintenance services. Our services are not available to domestic customers.
Quotations
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. A quotation does not constitute a contract until accepted in writing by both parties.
Service delivery
We will carry out services at the times and frequencies agreed in writing. We will notify you in advance if a visit must be rescheduled for safety, weather, or operational reasons.
Payment
Payment terms are as stated on each invoice. Our standard terms are net 30 days from date of invoice unless agreed otherwise in writing prior to the commencement of services.
Insurance
We maintain public liability insurance of £5,000,000 and employers' liability insurance of £10,000,000. Indemnity to Principal is included as standard. Certificates are available on request.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
