Our approach

Safety is not a separate department at Clear & Clean — it is built into how we survey, quote, plan, and deliver every contract. Before any operative sets foot on a site, a site-specific Risk Assessment and Method Statement is prepared, reviewed, and issued.

All work at height is assessed before the contract is priced. The access method is chosen on the basis of the specific structure, not on what equipment happens to be available. Where water-fed pole systems can safely reach the glazing without any operative leaving ground level, we use them. Where scissor lift or MEWP access is required, all operatives are IPAF-certified.

Near-miss reporting is encouraged without blame. Incidents are reviewed at team level. Our annual SafeContractor audit provides independent verification that our documented procedures match our on-site practice.

• Public liability and employers' liability insurance certificates
• Accreditation certificates (BWCA, SafeContractor, IPAF)
• Operative training records
• References from current contract holders
• Sample visit photo reports (date-stamped, site-specific)
